Be surprised. Joy. You can't help but look up at the sky, such a food experience. "This is it?" or "This is it!" A gourmet set filled with Sora.
The ingredients are carefully selected by the chef's connoisseurs, and the dishes are additive-free in order to bring out the original deliciousness of the ingredients.

Each of them is handled by Michelin chef Kazuo Takagi.
Since I am a big camping lover myself, this premium camping meal was born by repeating years of prototypes.

The theme of the dish is the harmony of "charcoal, koji, and dashi".
Barbecue dishes that incorporate Japanese wisdom, such as fermentation and aging, are all surprisingly juicy and tender.
The umami spreads in your mouth as if overflowing.

"If a top chef were camping, what kind of food would he serve?"

Sora "Premium BBQ Set"

With the theme of "charcoal, koji, and dashi", this is a full course of premium camping rice with carefully selected ingredients and additive-free.
We have prepared a total of 5 dishes, including meat dishes made soft and juicy by koji, and sea bream rice with the umami of the broth.
In particular, the broth was made just for Chef Takagi by "Kinshichi Shoten" in Makurazaki, Kagoshima Prefecture, which is famous for bonito flakes
Due to the rare "tuna flakes". This is a set menu that allows you to fully enjoy the "deliciousness of Japan" that the chef himself discovered.

  • Domestic pork marinated in miso koji spare ribs (1 serving 200g *including bones)
    The meat is marinated in a uniquely prepared miso koji and aged for several days by the power of enzymes. The moment you put it in your mouth, the spare ribs are softer and more flavorful than you imagined.
  • Wagyu beef tomato koji steak (1 serving, 70g)
    Tottori Prefecture black wagyu beef thighs are marinated in special tomato koji and aged for several days.
    It is juicy while layering the umami.
    This is a high-quality Wagyu beef steak with sweet and mellow fat and rich lean meat.
  • Awaji Dori chicken wings marinated in onion koji (2 pieces for 1 serving)
    "Awaji Dori" grew up in the rich natural environment of Awaji Island.
    The fresh chicken wings that were pulled in the morning were marinated in onion koji and cumin and aged for several days.
    Along with the appetizing aroma of cumin, you can enjoy a crispy texture and rich taste.
  • Sea bream (1 cup for 2 servings)
    Natural sea bream marinated in tuna flakes broth. If you cook it with white rice, you will have cooked rice with the original elegant aroma and flavor of sea bream.

  • Raw vegetables & sansho oil set
    Fresh locally harvested raw vegetables are used as appetizers with special sansho oil and salt.

The Sora Aogu BBQ series can be easily purchased at campsites.
The products handled are a total of five items that represent Sora no Aogu, such as "domestic pork marinated in miso koji spare ribs" and "sea bream".

  • Delivery will be done at the front desk. Please cook at your cottage or tent site.
  • Guests staying at cottages or other accommodations can prepare on the provided BBQ grill.
  • Fuel (charcoal, etc.) necessary for cooking is not included, so please purchase it at the front desk or bring it with you.
  • In addition, kitchen knives and cutting boards are also not included. If it is not included in the set contents, please rent (from 100 yen each) or bring it with you.
