Do I need an appointment?
A

Although it is not a complete reservation system, we will give priority to reservations, so if you fill up with reservations you will not be able to stay.
It is possible to stay on the day if there is space.
However, you may not be able to prepare meals even if you can prepare a room with a plan that includes ingredients.

We will decide your location the day before.
This is a group of young people who have all the reservations, such as wheelchairs and elderly people near the toilet / cooking building, and people coming in 2 families and 2 sections next to each other or close to each other. This is to try to separate the person and the family with children.

Therefore, please note that even if you enter the location designation etc. in the communication column etc., we will not be able to answer exactly as it is.
On the other hand, if you have a handicap or are elderly and would like a place, please indicate so in the communication column. We will consider it as much as possible.

In principle, there is no exemption from cancellation charges due to weather conditions.

There are two methods. Either facility can be added.

  • From My Page, press the "Confirm/Change" button for the existing reservation, then press the "Change Content" button.

    *If there is no "Change content" button, it cannot be changed because the deadline for changing the reservation has passed.
  • Make a new reservation.
    *Although the reservation number is divided into two, if the reservation date approaches, reservations with the same customer ID on the same day will be automatically combined.

Can I make reservations, changes, cancellations, additions, etc. by email?

We do not accept reservations by email.

For changes, cancellations, additions, etc., please log in from My Page and complete the procedure, or contact or request from this form.

Is a reservation fee (prepayment/incoming payment) required?
A

there is no need. Payment will be made at the local front desk on the day of stay.
In case of group use, we may ask you to pay in advance.

Do I need to make a reservation for rental items?
A

The number of rentals is limited, so it is better to make a reservation in advance during the busy season.
If there is space on the day, you can also borrow it.
In particular, tents, tarps, BBQ grills, tables, chairs, etc. may be out of stock.
We accept reservations by "rental" from online reservations.

When can I make a reservation?
A

It can be accepted from the same day 3 months before the desired reservation date.
In addition, as a benefit of PICA members, there are members who can make priority reservations.

A

Depending on the date, it will be very crowded.
We're sorry, but please change the time again or use it as we accept online 24 hours a day.

Can I wait for the cancellation?
A

By using the cancellation information distribution service only online, you will be notified of the cancellation information and you can make a reservation as soon as possible.

[Registration method]
  • Register as a user using the PICA online reservation system.
  • Log in
  • If you click the "x" mark that indicates full occupancy in the availability display of the desired facility / schedule, "Cancellation information delivery candidates" will be displayed.
  • You can enter the registration screen by clicking the "Distribution application" button.
  • Complete by registering the desired facility (section / number of nights) and the email address to receive the delivery email.
  • As soon as it is delivered, proceed to online reservation and click the availability "○" or "△" to register the reservation.
  • Reservation registration is complete when the screen "Reservation procedure is complete" appears. Please also check the email you receive.
  • Once delivered, the settings will be cleared. If you wish to receive it again, please register again.
  • There is no limit to the number of registered distributions.
  • The cancellation information distribution service is sent to the registrant in bulk. Please note that reservations are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

I forgot the login password for the reservation system.

Please enter your registered email address from "Forgot your password" on the login screen.
We will send you a URL for resetting your password.
If you do not receive the email after a while, please check the spam folder or trash.

A

The following are possible reasons for not receiving it.

When using a free email address
In free mail such as gmail, hotmail, and yahoo mail, it has been reported that the mail is sorted to the trash or another folder.
Can you use the search function to search for "pica" or check the trash can?

If your email address is spelled incorrectly

When registering a mobile email address
If you register with your mobile email address, it may not be possible to deliver properly due to the character limit. Please change to the PC address in the same way as above.

When the mail account is set to be rejected or specified
If you cancel the rejection setting etc. in your own email settings, it will be delivered.
Please change the settings so that you can receive emails from the domain @pica.co.jp.

If your mailbox is full
This is a possible case when you try to send an email to yourself, but do not receive it.

If I make a reservation over the phone, will something be sent to me?
A

No, we do not send the booking confirmation.
Please be sure to make a note of it, as the "reservation number" will be given over the telephone.
Even if you change or cancel your reservation, you can proceed smoothly with the reservation number.
When checking in at the front desk, you will also need to enter your "reservation number" on the registration card.
If you have an e-mail address, the operator can confirm the reservation details yourself by registering the e-mail address.
The password will be sent by the "password reissue procedure".
If you log in, print out the booking confirmation, and bring it to the front desk, the registration card will be omitted.
(Even when you make an online reservation, please print the reservation confirmation after logging in and come to the front desk.)

When does the cancellation fee start?
A

ご利用日の3日前から対象となります。4日前までは手数料等は発生いたしません。また、食材の場合は利用日の3日前からが対象となります。

  • 例えば、8月15日のご予約のキャンセル料発生対象期間は、8月12日からとなります。つまり、8月11日まではキャンセル料、手数料は発生いたしません。

A

The facility is normally open even in the rain. If you have a reservation, please prepare rain gear etc.
We recommend that you change the schedule (no fees, etc.) when you say "By all means ... in this weather ...".
However, if the schedule is changed, the number of changes will be only once.
In addition, if the schedule is changed for the convenience of the customer within the cancellation charge generation period and the changed schedule is canceled, the cancellation charge, whichever is higher, the first cancellation charge or the changed cancellation charge, will be applied. If the number of people decreases within the cancellation period, will there be a cancellation fee?

In the case of a per person rate (per person plan), a cancellation fee will be charged according to the number of people canceled.

Takes. The number of nights and buildings (lots) is subject to the cancellation fee.

However, in the case of a change from 2 compartments per night to 1 lot per night, a cancellation fee will be charged for 1 lot.

What should I do if I have reserved 2 lots and canceled 1 lot when the day is near?

Isn't it cold with just the bedding provided?
A

The cottages are air-conditioned.
Depending on the cottage type, bedding is only mats and blankets, so in the season other than summer, we recommend that you prepare something to hang on top according to the weather or use the rental shulaff.

Can I put a tarp next to the building?

Can I have a barbecue on the site?

はい、バーベキューグリルをご持参いただくか、コテージ備え付けのグリルご利用いただければ可能です。
炭・着火剤は、売店にて販売しております。なお、テントサイトの地面は土の上に砂や砂利を敷いてあり、コテージのデッキは木製となっております。
地面に熱が伝わらない器具をご持参ください。

焚火台をご利用いただけましたら、テントサイト、コテージ等、全施設可能です。

コテージをご利用のお客様は、ウッドデッキ上に耐火レンガのあるコテージはその上で、ないコテージはデッキ下の地面で焚火台をご使用ください。

How do you clean up the ash, iron plate, or net after using a barbecue or bonfire?
A

PICA Fujiyoshida offers iron plates and nets as rental products for a fee. After use, you can return it as it is without washing.

Even if you rent a bonfire stand, you can throw the ashes away in the designated place and return it without washing. Leave the ashes on the cottage's barbecue grill as it is. The staff will clean up.
If a tent site customer uses a grill net or a bonfire stand, you can return it as it is after use.

A

It's 10 pm. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in the manners of our customers so that they can spend their time quietly after 10 pm.

5種混合以上の予防接種、狂犬病予防接種を済ませたワンちゃんであることがお連れいただく際の大前提です。

Fujikyu Highland, Fuji Subaruland Doggy Park, Forest Adventure Fuji, Fuden Ski Resort, Kawaguchiko, etc. Because it is a tourist destination, there are many places to play and watch.

Anything other than Styrofoam and bulky garbage can be thrown away at the garbage station in the hall. However, please be sure to observe the sorting rules in the hall.
