About reservation

Reservations for PICA resorts are accepted from midnight the same day three months before the use day until the morning of the day.
Online reservations require registration as a PICA member, so it will be easier if you register as a member in advance.
* PICA members have benefits such as priority reservations.

We recommend you make an early reservation through online reservation during popular days such as Golden Week and summer vacation!

For group use

For groups of more than 6 buildings (sections) that are used once (1 night), we will treat it as a group use, and specialized staff will handle it.

We also accept reservations for rental items and optional ingredients online. (Food reservation is up to 4 days before use)
You can apply at the same time as the accommodation reservation, and you can add or change it on the way.

About cancellation / change

• In case of cancellation, a cancellation fee will be charged based on the table below.
• When canceling the charge per person (person price plan), a cancellation fee will be charged according to the number of people canceled.
• Cancellation charges will be sent by mail or email. (Bank transfer. Please bear the transfer fee.)
• Although there is a cancellation fee such as "The number of buildings has decreased" "I will stay but cancel the reservation of ingredients", if you come to the venue, you may have to pay the cancellation fee locally ..
• The cancellation fee applies to accommodation reservations and food reservations.
• You can only change the schedule once during the cancellation period. Please note that if you cancel the changed schedule, the cancellation fee for the first time or the cancellation fee after the change, whichever is higher, will be applied.

Notes on the venue

• Use of open fire bonfires, fireworks, generators and karaoke is prohibited.
  * If you want to set a bonfire, please bring goods such as a bucket so that it will not be placed in an open flame. Rental is also available.
• Fireworks can only be held by hand at the designated place. (Fireworks and loud noises are prohibited.)

Precautions for those who come by car

• Since the road to the campsite includes some toll road sections, there is a toll of 520 yen for ordinary cars (1,250 yen for large cars, campers, etc.).
  Please understand it beforehand.
  Please be sure to receive a receipt for the Minami Fuji Evergreen Line when you visit.
  Please note that a confirmation will be made at the front desk upon check-in.
  If you pass on the toll road again during your stay, you will only be refunded the toll in exchange for a second receipt if you present a receipt with the above confirmation.
• At the entrance automatic gate of the amusement park Grinpa parking lot, a parking fee of 1,200 yen will be charged.
  We will refund you at check-in, so please be sure to press the button to receive a receipt.
  * Please note that we cannot refund the parking fee for customers who do not have receipts.
• Most types of cars can be sideways. Please use the guest house side parking lot for 2 cars or more.
  Cottages IORI and ROJI, and the setup tent site can be parked nearby, but cannot be sideways.
• You will not be able to enter by car at night (22:00 to 7:00). Please check with the front desk.
• Driving on the motorcycle is prohibited.

Attention About room and site use

• Campika offers staff members to look around the area at night to make your stay comfortable.
  We ask for your understanding and cooperation in manners so that you can spend a quiet time after 10 p.m.
  (After 10:00 p.m., it is also prohibited to drive in the hall.)
• 場内にはゴミステーションを設けてあります。
  可燃ゴミ・不燃ゴミ等 それぞれの分別方法に従い捨てて下さい。（粗大ゴミはお持ち帰り下さい）
• If you stay 2 nights or more and the type of room changes, please check out by 11:00 a.m. and enter the next room after 2:00 p.m.

About the bath

<Usage time> AM: 8: 00-10: 30, PM: 15: 00-22: 00
There is no reservation system, so you can use it freely within the time limit.
Amenity goods (towels, soap, shampoo, hair dryer, etc.) are not provided in the bathhouse, so please bring them with you.

Guest Free Pass Special Price

• Please note that pets are only allowed to be informed when making a reservation. (Pet input items are also available for online reservations.)

The local elevation is about 1200m.
It is an area where the climate tends to change, such as the difference in temperature between day and night. Please be careful about clothes and equipment.
