Workshop "Roasting Experience"

• Time: Part 1 10:00 / Part 2 12:00 / Part 3 14:00
  *Time required: 90~120 minutes
• Price: 20g 1,400 yen / 40g 2,500 yen / 80g 3,500 yen / 100g 4,000 yen
  * Rental of equipment is also included.
  Payment will be made at the event space.
• Capacity: 4 groups/club (1 group, maximum 6 people)
• Eligibility: Children (5 years old and over) ~ Adults
• Reservations: Please make a reservation by phone by the scheduled date of use.
  If there is a vacancy on the day, it can be accepted on-site.

• Up to 6 people can participate in the experience in one group.
  Please let us know how many people will be experiencing it and the number of people at the time of booking.
  If there are guests who do not have the experience, it is possible to visit.
• For 20g and 40g, choose one type of beans + roast,
  For 80g and 100g, the experience is up to the choice of beans + blending + roasting.
  
• The following five types of coffee beans are planned to be selected.
  Robusta Pangandaran, Arabica Gayo Manis, Arabica Syndro Natural, Arabica Syndro Full Washed, Arabica Aroma Varnish
  Note: Green beans change depending on the temperature and storage conditions at that time, so the green beans that can be prepared will be enjoyed at that time.
• Roasted coffee beans can be taken home. Of course, you can also enjoy it on the spot.
• In case of bad weather, the event will be canceled.
  If the event is canceled, there will be no cancellation fee

• Food: Coffee (Hot & Ice), Canele (matcha, plain), salt cookies, coffee, etc.
• Others: Upcycled candles and other goods are sold.
  * It will be a candle using coffee pomace.

We specialize in fair trade coffee grown in Indonesia using natural farming methods.
"My coffee" does not use pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
It is cultivated by environmentally friendly natural agriculture that plants trees in natural mountains.
In addition, please send it directly to Japan (Yamanashi) by fair trade that trades at a fair price.
We aim to be economically sustainable.
We are working under the motto of sustainable coffee cultivation and earth-friendly SDGs.
Students will learn with children about cultivation that protects the natural environment.
