In recent years, multiple black bear sightings have been confirmed.
Be especially careful along mountain trails, along mountain streams, early in the morning and in the evening.

Black bear sightings tend to increase in the mountains from spring to autumn.
When entering the mountains and forests for camping, hiking, mountain stream fishing, etc., please check the latest information and prepare in advance.

• Avoid acting alone in the mountains and forests, and act with multiple people.
• Stay away from bushes and streams in the early morning, evening, and dim hours, and around fruitful trees (chestnuts, mizunara, etc.).
• Food and garbage are stored in airtight containers and managed away from the tent site.
  Store indoors or in the car when you go to bed.
• Do not leave leftover rice, oil, or strong odorous ingredients on the spot after cooking.
  Ensure disposal at designated garbage stations.
