About reservation

Reservations for PICA Resort are accepted from 0:00 a.m. on the same day to the day before, 3 months before the date of use.
Online reservations require PICA member registration, so it is smooth if you register as a member in advance.
* PICA members receive benefits such as priority reservations.

We recommend you make an early reservation through online reservation during popular days such as Golden Week and summer vacation!

About cancellation / change

• In case of cancellation, a cancellation fee will be charged based on the table below.
• The cancellation fee applies to accommodation reservations and food reservations. For set plans, all set charges are subject to cancellation charges.
• When canceling the charge per person (person price plan), a cancellation fee will be charged according to the number of people canceled.
• Cancellation fees will be notified by mail or e-mail.
  Payment is by bank transfer (please bear the transfer fee)
  Alternatively, please pay by credit card from My Page.
• If you come to the venue for a reservation that incurs a cancellation fee, such as "the number of nights has decreased" or "the number of buildings has decreased", you may be required to pay a cancellation fee on site.
• You can only change your date once during the cancellation period.
  Please note that if you cancel the changed schedule, the higher of the initial cancellation fee or the subsequent cancellation fee will be applied.
• Even if it rains, unless the facility is closed (closed), it will be considered as cancellation due to customer's convenience and will be subject to the cancellation fee.
  Please note that we will usually make a decision about the day before or two days before the facility is closed due to a typhoon.
