About reservation and use

Q,How do I make a reservation?

A,Reservations can be made from PCs and smartphones in real time 24 hours a day.

The application period is from 0:00 a.m. to the day before the same day 3 months before the date of use.
Membership registration is required to make reservations.

Q,What should I do if I want to change the number of nights or number of people?

A,Customers who make online reservations can process changes from My Page or use the inquiry form.

If you want to operate by yourself from online reservation,
Log in from the user login screen and click the "Confirm/Modify" button of the reservation to perform the requested operation.

Q,What time is check-in and check-out?

A,Check-in time is 14:00~, check-out time is ~11:00.

Q,Can I use the cable car?

About the room

Q,Do you have air conditioning or air conditioning?

A,Yes, we have them in each cottage.

Q,Are there towels and amenities in the bath?

A,Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, towel, bath towel, body towel, toothbrush, hairbrush, cotton & cotton swab, slippers are provided.

  • If you would like a skin care set such as lotion, milky lotion, cleansing, etc., please ask the staff at the front desk.
  • Pajamas are not available, so please bring your own.
Q,Do you have cooking utensils, tableware and cutlery?

A,Cooking utensils are STAUB (frying pan, pot) knife, cutting board, frying back, ladle, tongs, kitchen scissors, wine opener
Tableware, chopsticks, spoons, forks, mugs, and glasses are available for each person.



Q,Is there an outlet in the room?

A: Yes, we do. The capacity of the outlet at each facility is 20A.

Q,What should I wear when using the sauna?

A.When using the sauna, please be sure to wear your own swimsuit.
* Swimsuits are not available at the front desk.

Q,Can I bring my own ingredients?

A, I'm sorry.
For hygiene reasons, we do not allow you to bring in foodstuffs.
Snacks, drinks and alcohol are allowed.


Q,I haven't received my reservation confirmation email.

The following are possible reasons for not receiving it.

When using a free email address
In free mail such as gmail, hotmail, and yahoo mail, it has been reported that the mail is sorted to the trash or another folder.
Can you use the search function to search for "pica" or check the trash can?

If your email address is spelled incorrectly

When registering a mobile email address
If you register with your mobile email address, it may not be possible to deliver properly due to the character limit. Please change to the PC address in the same way as above.

When the mail account is set to be rejected or specified
If you cancel the rejection setting etc. in your own email settings, it will be delivered.
Please change the settings so that you can receive emails from the domain

If your mailbox is full
This is a possible case when you try to send an email to yourself, but do not receive it.

Pets are not allowed.

Q, Is it possible to go out?

A,Yes, it is possible.
The lights will be turned off from 22:00 and you will not be able to enter or exit by car, so please return to the cottage by 22:00.

Q, Are there any convenience stores or supermarkets nearby?

A,It is about 10 minutes by car to FamilyMart Kannan Tanna store.

Q, Is there a hospital nearby if I suddenly fall ill in the middle of the night?

A,We will guide you to the front desk for emergency hospitals. Please be assured that a security guard will guide you at night.
