また、18歳未満の方のみでご宿泊の場合は親権者の方の同意（書面）が必要です。
下記の親権者同意書をプリントアウトし、ご記入、捺印をしていただき、チェックインの際にご提示をお願いします。
※18歳未満の方1人につき1枚が必要です。
※18歳以上であっても宿泊者が高校生の場合は、1人につき1枚が必要です。
※中学生以下のお子様のみでの宿泊はご遠慮ください。
