What is PICA MEMBERS+?

About PICA Members+

PICA MEMBERS+ is a membership system for accommodation reservations.
Points are accumulated every time you use the hotel, and the stage rank will increase depending on the cumulative amount of accommodation use, and you will be able to receive benefits such as priority reservations.

You will be asked to register as a user from the new registration page.

Confirmation of registration will be sent to the registered e-mail address with "Registration completion email".
Since the registered email address will be your ID, you can check your usage history, stage rank, usage points, etc. from My Page.

• New member registration

After registering as a member, your stage rank will increase according to the use of your accommodation.

In the PICA MEMBERS+ membership system, the cumulative amount of accommodation charges
(Only accommodation charges apply, excluding pet charges, rental items, additional ingredients, and other incidental charges.)
The rank will be determined by the following.

Platinum and Gold members will retain their permanent membership rank and will not revert to registered members.
If you are a Silver member or lower, if you have not used accommodation for 3 years.
The member's cumulative accommodation fee will be cleared, and the registered member will start again.

Points will be awarded for the room rate.
(Only accommodation charges are eligible for grant, excluding incidental charges such as rental items and additional ingredients))

The points awarded can be converted into 1 point 1 yen and used for accommodation charges and rental items.
Points are valid for one year from the date of last grant.

Cumulative room rates will be charged the day after check-out.
Usage points can be awarded and used the day after the settlement date. However, it cannot be used retroactively to liquidated ones.

Please note that the following items are not applicable at all.

• Incidental fees for rental items and additional ingredients
• Reservations through travel agencies, etc.
• Same-day reservations for groups and groups with 3 or more reservations for the same member
• Plans that are not eligible for points

Depending on the membership stage, you will be eligible for discounted benefits and priority bookings.
Discount rates vary depending on the season.

Depending on the number of reservation buildings (number of compartments) of the same member on the same day, the applicable conditions of the member benefits are as follows.
Even if you make a separate booking, please note that bookings for the same member will be automatically integrated after one week prior to the check-in date.

We have special souvenirs for you.

• The cancellation fee applies to accommodation reservations and food reservations.
• You can only change the schedule once during the cancellation period. Please note that if you cancel the changed schedule, the cancellation fee for the first time or the cancellation fee after the change, whichever is higher, will be applied.
