Do I need an appointment?
A

Although it is not a complete reservation system, we will give priority to reservations, so if you fill up with reservations you will not be able to stay.
It is possible to stay on the day if there is space.
However, you may not be able to prepare meals even if you can prepare a room with a plan that includes ingredients.

A

You can make reservations 24 hours a day from your PC or smartphone in real time.
The reception period is from 3 am on the same day 3 months before the use date to the morning of the day.

With online reservations, you can register for tomorrow or today if there is space available.
However, it is not possible to make a reservation for a plan that includes ingredients that need to be reserved 3 days in advance.

A

With online bookings, cancellations will not be processed the day before or on the same day.

Can I make a reservation for more than the capacity?

The capacity is determined by the Inn Business Law and other regulations, so we cannot accept overtime.

We will decide your location on the day before your stay.
This is because all reservations are made, in which wheelchairs and elderly people are near the toilet / cooking building, 2 families and 2 people are next to each other or close to each other, as young group as possible This is because we try to separate our family members who have children from us.

Therefore, please note that if you specify the location, etc. in the communication field, etc., we cannot answer it exactly.

In principle, there is no cancellation charge exemption due to weather.

Yes, you can only change the schedule once.

④ After selecting the number and plan of the facility you want to change, delete it with the “× delete” button in the upper right of the unnecessary facility name in the cart
⑤ Confirm the changed reservation

*If the number of people decreases during the cancellation period, the cancellation charge will be applied.

What if I want to add accommodation by booking online?
A

There are two methods. Either facility can be added.

  • From My Page, press the "Confirm/Change" button for the existing reservation, then press the "Change Content" button.
    Add from the "Add facility" button on the upper left.
    *If there is no "Change content" button, it cannot be changed because the deadline for changing the reservation has passed.
  • Make a new reservation.
    *Although the reservation number is divided into two, if the reservation date approaches, reservations with the same customer ID on the same day will be automatically combined.

Can I make reservations, changes, cancellations and additions by email?

We do not accept reservations or addition of facilities by email.
Please go to My Page from the login screen on the online reservation site.

Is a reservation fee (prepayment/incoming payment) required?
A

there is no need. You can pay online at the time of booking, or at the front desk on the day of your stay. You can pay by credit card on the day.
In the case of group use, we may request payment in advance.

A

The amusement park pack is applicable to all guests, so some of it cannot be applied.

* You can purchase at the special price for guests at the pleasure station shop at the amusement park by showing the accommodation receipt.

Can I reserve and stay only for minors?

If you are staying only under the age of 18, you must obtain the consent (in writing) of a person with parental authority.
Please print, fill out, and seal the following Parental Consent Form and present it at check-in.

* One card is required for each person under the age of 18.
* Even if you are 18 years of age or older, if the guest is a high school student, one card is required per person.
* Please refrain from staying with only children under junior high school age.

Can I wait for the cancellation?
A

You cannot wait for the order of cancellation, but you can set the notification mail delivery when there is space available.

By using the cancellation information distribution service only online, you will be notified of cancellation information and you can make a reservation quickly.
The settings will be cleared once it has been delivered. Please register again if you would like to receive it again.
*There is no limit to the number of registrations.
*Delivery will be sent all at once, so please note that it will be the first-come-first-served basis for customers who have registered for reservation after receiving the email.

When registering a mobile email address

If you cancel the rejection setting etc. in your own email settings, it will be delivered.

This is a possible case when you try to send an email to yourself, but do not receive it.

If I make a reservation over the phone, will something be sent to me?
A

No, we do not send the booking confirmation.
Please be sure to make a note of it, as the "reservation number" will be given over the telephone.
Even if you change or cancel your reservation, you can proceed smoothly with the reservation number.
When checking in at the front desk, you will also need to enter your "reservation number" on the registration card.
If you have an e-mail address, the operator can confirm the reservation details yourself by registering the e-mail address.
The password will be sent by the "password reissue procedure".
If you log in, print out the booking confirmation, and bring it to the front desk, the registration card will be omitted.
(Even when you make an online reservation, please print the reservation confirmation after logging in and come to the front desk.)

It doesn't cost. The reservation cancellation fee is subject to the number of nights and the number of buildings (sections).

However, cancellation fee will be charged for 1 building (section) when changing from 2 nights (section) to 1 night (section).

Can you keep my luggage?

There is a coin locker near the front desk.

Luggage that does not fit in the coin locker can be stored at the front desk (charge is 400 yen).

We will charge a luggage storage fee (400 yen), but you can send it (time cannot be specified). If you wish, please contact us in advance.

Please note that we cannot send refrigerated/frozen products/foods such as cool flights.
Also, if you send it from your campsite to your home, you can only pay by cash on delivery.

What do you sell at the front desk?

Daily necessities such as shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush and Saran wrap. Fuels such as charcoal, firewood and ignition agents. Foods such as sweets and cup ramen.

Do you have a coin locker? How big is it? Prices?

Yes. Located in the Panorama Lodge (campsite front) and Central Lodge (in the amusement park).
The Panorama Lodge has a 200 yen locker [30 (length) x 35 (width) x 40 (depth)],
There is a locker [80 (length) x 35 (width) x 50 (depth)] of 300 yen.

If you do not fit in this size, we will keep it at the front desk. In that case, a charge of 400 yen will be charged.

Yes. We sell canned beer, wine, chuhai, etc. at the Panorama Lodge Front, and canned beer at amusement park shops.

Strollers and wheelchairs can be rented at the Amusement Park Central Lodge for 500 yen. No dolly rental.

  • There are 5 locations in the venue, such as next to the Panorama Lodge. We have body soap, rinse-in shampoo, and dryer, but please bring towels.
  • The available time is from 6:00 to 23:00.

Is there a shuttle bus to Ururi?

It runs every 30 minutes on Saturdays from 17:30 to 21:30 (from Panorama Lodge).

  • During the hot season (May-September), it is easier to spend time if you make the opening and closing part of the entrance/exit mesh so that the wind can always escape.
  • If you feel that the blanket provided is hot, we also offer sheets rental (100 yen per sheet).
  • There are insects because it is an outdoor facility. Please take insect repellent measures such as insect repellent and long-sleeved long pants.

Both cabins and trailer houses have outlets. The outlet capacity of each facility is 20A.
When using electric appliances indoors, the capacity may exceed the capacity when used with an air conditioner, microwave oven, etc. Please be careful.

Is there lighting on the deck of the facility?
A

Trailer cottage TAKIBI, marmalade caravans, compact caravans BBQ, log cabin S terrace, log cabin S kitchen, log cabin S dog, setup tent site kitchen has lighting on the terrace.
For other facilities, there is no lighting on the deck.
Please bring lanterns and other lighting fixtures as it will be dark after evening. Lanterns are available for rent at Panorama Lodge Front.

Where should I cook?
A

The trailer house can be cooked both in the indoor kitchen and the outdoor terrace.
Log Cabin S Terrace and Log Cabin S Kitchen can be cooked on the iron plate on the terrace next to the building.
*A special iron plate is required, so please ask the front desk when using it.

Facilities other than the above will be cooked in the wild cooking garden, but since there is no gas stove, you will need to purchase fuel such as firewood and charcoal and cook with kamad.

Is there a place to boil water?
A

All trailer type cottages and setup tent sites have kettles or kettles.
Log Cabin S Terrace, Log Cabin S Kitchen, Trailer Cottage TAKIBI, Royal Sleeper 8 rooms have electric kettle.
There is also a paid rental of an electric kettle at the front desk, so you can use it as long as you have a room with a power supply.

Day trips are possible only if the number of guests including the guest is within the limit.

An entrance fee to the amusement park and a day use fee are required separately.
If you arrive by car, a parking fee of 1,000 yen per vehicle is required.
One-day visitors stay until the closing time of the amusement park, but they can spend time together in their room or site.
