About reservation

Reservations for PICA resorts are accepted from midnight the same day three months before the use day until the morning of the day.
Online reservations require registration as a PICA member, so it will be easier if you register as a member in advance.
* PICA members have benefits such as priority reservations.

We recommend you make an early reservation through online reservation during popular days such as Golden Week and summer vacation!

For group use

For groups of more than 6 buildings (sections) that are used once (1 night), we will treat it as a group use, and specialized staff will handle it.

You can also book rental items and ingredients!

Online reservations are also available for rental items and optional ingredients. (Food reservation is up to 4 days before use)
You can apply at the same time as the accommodation reservation, or you can add or change it on the way.

About cancellation / change

About cancellation fee

  • In case of cancellation, a cancellation fee will be charged based on the table below.
  • The cancellation fee applies to accommodation reservations and food reservations. For set plans, all set charges are subject to cancellation charges.
  • When canceling the charge per person (person price plan), a cancellation fee will be charged according to the number of people canceled.
  • Cancellation fees will be sent by mail or email. (Payment by bank transfer or credit card. Please bear the transfer fee)
  • There is a cancellation fee such as "the number of nights has been reduced", "the number of buildings has been reduced", "I reserve the accommodation but cancel the reservation of ingredients". You may have to pay.
  • You can only change the schedule once during the cancellation period. Please note that if you cancel the changed schedule, the cancellation fee for the first time or the cancellation fee after the change, whichever is higher, will be applied.
  • Even if it rains, unless the facility is closed (closed), it will be considered as cancellation due to customer's convenience and will be subject to the cancellation fee.
    Please note that we will usually make a decision about the day before or two days before the facility is closed due to a typhoon.

※利用日当日は含まずカウントします。例えば、8月15日のご予約のキャンセル料発生対象期間は、8月12日からとなります。つまり、8月11日まではキャンセル料、手数料は発生いたしません。

  • 先に遊園地をご利用の場合は、14:00前でも仮チェックインの手続きが可能でございます。
    宿泊料金をご精算いただきますと遊園地入園料が無料でご利用いただけます。
  • Please present a printed confirmation of your reservation at the front desk upon check-in.
    Alternatively, please write down your reservation number and fill out the registration card at the front desk.

About re-entry at the front gate

  • 再入場の際は駐車料金のお支払いが必要です。
  • 再入場の際は必ず領収書を発行し、フロントにご提出ください。
  • フロントでのキャッシュバックは再入場の駐車料金のみとさせていただきます。

About use of rooms/sites and visiting by car

  • Use of open flame bonfires, generators, and karaoke is prohibited.
  • 花火は所定場所(フロント前の中庭)で20:00まで手持ち花火のみ可能です。(打上花火や、大きな音の出るものは禁止です。)
  • The shared shower on site is free of charge. (Soap and shampoo are not provided.)
  • If you are staying for 2 nights or more and the type of room changes, you must check out by 10:00, and you can enter the next room after 14:00.
  • Please park your car at the designated place according to the instructions of the staff. You may move away from your accommodation (maximum 5 minutes on foot)
  • Please note that the sap of trees may adhere to cars and tents depending on the season.
  • At night, guards will be stationed in the park.

Guest Free Pass Special Price

If you are a hotel guest and wish to purchase a free pass separately, you can purchase it at a special price at the entrance gate of the amusement park by presenting the accommodation receipt.

About accompanying pets

  • Please note that pets are only allowed to be informed when making a reservation. (Pet input items are also available for online reservations.)
  • For dogs, there is an accommodation charge.
  • Please note that, according to the regulations of the amusement park, only small and medium-sized dogs with a body height of 50 cm or less can enter (large dogs cannot enter).

Precautions for accompanying pets

  • Please be sure to connect with leads etc. in the venue.
  • When you bring it indoors, put it in a cage, basket, etc. (with a bottom).
    (Cage rental is not available, so please bring your own)
  • It is forbidden to walk around the site / building where other customers are in the hall.
  • Please do not bring guests to public spaces such as guest houses and cooking ridges.
  • Please do not leave your pet alone.
  • Please take responsibility for the disposal of excrement. (Please dispose of with burning garbage)
  • 5種混合以上の予防接種、狂犬病予防接種を済ませたワンちゃんであることがお連れいただく際の大前提です。(最終摂取日より3年以内)
    疾患やアレルギー等で予防接種が出来ない場合はその限りではありません。
  • Please refrain from using the dog during the heat.
  • For dogs who have a habit of chewing or fighting, please be careful with using a muzzle.
  • The owner is responsible for monitoring the behavior of the pet dog.
  • In the unlikely event of an accident, the owner is responsible for resolving it.
  • If you inconvenience others or fail to comply with the above, we may refuse to stay overnight.
