About reservation

Reservations for PICA resorts are accepted from midnight the same day three months before the use day until the morning of the day.
Online reservations require registration as a PICA member, so it will be easier if you register as a member in advance.
* PICA members have benefits such as priority reservations.

For group use

For groups of more than 6 buildings (sections) that are used once (1 night), we will treat it as a group use, and specialized staff will handle it.

About cancellation / change

About cancellation fee

• In case of cancellation, a cancellation fee will be charged for accommodation, meals, and parking based on the regulations.
• When canceling the charge per person (person price plan), a cancellation fee will be charged according to the number of people canceled.
• Cancellation fees will be sent by mail or email. (Bank transfer. Please bear the transfer fee.)
• There is a cancellation fee such as "the number of nights has been reduced", "the number of buildings has been reduced", "I reserve the accommodation but cancel the reservation of ingredients". You may have to pay.
• You can only change the schedule once during the cancellation period. Please note that if you cancel the changed schedule, the cancellation fee for the first time or the cancellation fee after the change, whichever is higher, will be applied.

　また、その場合はキャンセルチャージはいただきません。

※利用日当日は含まずカウントします。例えば、8月15日のご予約のキャンセル料発生対象期間は、8月12日からとなります。つまり、8月11日まではキャンセル料、手数料は発生いたしません。

Bath information

• Sea spring bath `` Shima no Yu ''

You can use the "Island Hot Spring" free of charge.
【Hours】10:00~21:00

There is no reservation system, so you can use it freely within the time.
Amenity goods (body soap, shampoo, conditioner) are available in the bathhouse.

• We ask that customers with tattoos and tattoos (including one-point) refrain from bathing.
• On Thursdays other than busy seasons such as Golden Week and summer vacation, "Shimayu" is closed. (If you stay on the Wednesday of the previous day, the check-out date is a regular holiday.) Closed only for hotel guests (6:30~8:00). Thank you for your understanding.

About garbage

On Hatsushima Island, in consideration of the environment, we compost food waste. Please dispose of combustible garbage, non-combustible garbage, etc. according to each separation method.

Notes on the venue

The use of open flames, fireworks, generators, and karaoke is prohibited in the venue.
The use of fireworks is prohibited on PICA Hatsushima.
* The act of lighting a bonfire, charcoal fire, etc. is strictly prohibited.

• Smoking is prohibited in the room.
• If the indoor equipment is damaged, you will be charged the equivalent of the actual repair cost.

Precautions for those who come by car

To Hatsushima, please park near Atami Port and travel by boat.
Please use the Atami Municipal Parking Lot or the private parking lot for guests (reservation required).
* If you cannot board the last bus due to traffic congestion, etc., it will be canceled on the day, so please come with plenty of time.

There are several surrounding parking lots around Atami Port, but the nearest parking lot is the parking lot adjacent to Atami Port.

PICA Hatsushima Accommodation Private Parking

Private parking is available for guests by prior reservation.

• If you use it for 2 days and 1 night, you can use it from the "rental" of the cart
  【Parking lot 1 night 2 days (2 days)】Please select "1" number of days of use "check-in date".
  The usage fee is 3,500 yen.
• If you use it for 3 days and 2 nights, you can use it from the "rental" of the cart
  【Parking lot 1 night 2 days (2 days)】Please select "2" number of days of use "check-in date" "1" on the day of use.
  The fee for one day will be duplicated, but you will receive a discount of 1,750 yen / day at the time of check-in on the day.

Precautions at the sea ticket office

At the sea mail ticket office, please say "Reservation Holder".
Shipping rates are preferential for hotel guests.

About accompanying pets

From the viewpoint of protecting the natural environment on the island (because feces etc. may affect other ecosystems), pets are prohibited. Thank you for your understanding.
